By subscribing to our Software, users acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. Subscription Payments

• Once a subscription is purchased, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Customers are advised to review their subscription details carefully before making a payment.
• No partial or full refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

3. Payment Processing

• All payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay, PayPal, Wise, and PhonePe.
• NDGMS Softwares is not responsible for any payment disputes arising between the customer and the payment provider.
• Any chargebacks or unauthorized transactions must be resolved directly with the respective payment gateway.

4. Service Delivery & Support

• Upon successful payment, customers will receive access to their subscription as per the selected plan.
• Customers will receive support only for existing features and services within the Software.
• No new feature requests or custom modifications will be entertained.

5. Compliance with Third-Party Policies

• Users purchasing the Software through Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or other platforms must comply with their refund policies.
• NDGMS Softwares follows the refund policies set by these third-party platforms where applicable.

6. Exceptions

• The only exception to this policy is in cases of duplicate transactions. In such cases, customers must contact NDGMS Softwares support within 7 days of the transaction for resolution.
• Any refund issued under exceptional circumstances will be processed within 7-14 business days through the original payment method.
