2. Request Data Deletion Directly Through the Application
Users can also request deletion of their account directly from the NDGMS application by following these steps:- Open the NDGMS application.
- Log in using your account credentials.
- Open the Sidebar/Menu.
- Go to Account.
- Select Delete My Account.
- Specify the reason for requesting account deletion.
- Select Request Deletion to submit the request.
- The Software may contain links to external websites or third-party services.
- NDGMS is not responsible for the privacy practices of external entities.
- NDGMS reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time.
- Continued use of the Software after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
13. Termination of Services NDGMS Softwares reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Software immediately, without prior notice, if a user is found to be engaging in activities that violate this Privacy Policy, are harmful to other users, disrupt the integrity of the Software, or pose a legal or security threat to NDGMS Softwares or third parties.
Furthermore, if a user is found to be distributing, reselling, or providing access to NDGMS Software to a competitor or any Third Party, or if a competitor is found using the Software directly or indirectly, the associated account(s) will be permanently suspended. No refunds, credits, or compensations will be granted under such circumstances. NDGMS Softwares retains full discretion in determining violations and enforcing necessary actions to protect its intellectual property and business interests.
