- Only ESSL Biometric Machines are supported for NDGMS integration
- The device must be compatible with eBioServer (ESSL Web-Based Software)
- The Machine must support Access Control Options ( Auto-Block via APIs) to automatically block clients when their membership expires
- Anyone can check from Main Menu >> Access Control >> Access Control Options & Time Schedules >> Normal Open time period
Please Note : “Some ESSL machines do not have Access Control enabled by default. You may need to request a firmware update from your biometric dealer to enable Access Control and Auto-Block features.”
For best performance and full automation, ensure your biometric machine meets all the above requirements.
